Job Description
- •Read and understand the requirements of an IT project.
- •Analyze project requirements.
- •Create test case documents.
- •Review test cases for team members.
- •Train team members in testing skills.
- •Develop testing procedures.
- •Take responsibility for product quality.
Requirement
- •Over 3 years experience as a tester. Experience as a test leader is a significant advantage.
- •Strong general knowledge of the IT industry.
- •Completed a course related to system testing.
- •Proficient in Excel.
- •Ability to work in a team, guide and train junior testers is an advantage.
- •Ability to read and understand English/Japanese documents is an advantage.
