Account Manager - Vaix Japan

Job Description

  • Approach new clients for selling and take care of the current clients.
  • Convert client service inquiries into successful campaigns.
  • Business development: analyze facts, contribute strategy, make a communication plan.
  • Consultant: recommend to the client the right direction.
  • Be responsible for the team's KPIs (New leads, Billing, and Profit).
  • Cooperate with other team members (billing, profit, client building, people development, and process improvement).
  • Contribute to working process improvement (internal, inter-companies, and external).

Requirement

  • Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher, with excellent communication skills in a business environment.
  • Experience in B2B sales is an advantage (IT, software, and services are a plus).
  • High sense of responsibility and pro-activeness in work.
  • Willingness to learn independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work independently and withstand pressure.
  • Soft skills: Good verbal, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external people.
  • Ability to work effectively under high pressure with cross-functional teams.
  • Respect for commitments and trustworthiness.
